Mix soy proteinaceous "Emulgofiks 50" - the proteinaceous emulsifier having the high moisture connecting and zhiroemulgiruyushchy ability. It is used by production of boiled, half-smoked, cooked smoked and liverny sausages; canned food with the crushed meat and pastes; chopped semi-finished products (cutlets, pelmeni, hamburgers, forcemeats).
